We would like to ask you a few questions to better understand the IT needs of your organization. Please share this questionnaire with the person(s) best equipped to speak to those needs. Our aim is to use the answers you provide to develop solutions which we would like to share with you. Those solutions may simply relate to IT policies that should be implemented or they may lay out an IT infrastructure upgrade plan. We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted churches and not-for-profits in unique and challenging ways. What technology changes have you had to implement in your community services and administrative practices (eg. online worship services, counseling sessions via web conference, digital donation platforms, etc.)?

Some technology needs have been delayed due to more pressing updates or changes like those you listed above. What are some of the upgrades you had previously planned but were unable to implement?
